JCIE (Japan Center for International Exchange) conducted 5 days study tour in Japan as part of its new program on healthy aging, focusing on US-Japan collaboration and information-sharing on how each country is addressing common issues facing aging societies.

The delegation’s five participants from Columbus, Ohio—a leader in the development of age-friendly services for their city— visited the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, the University of Tokyo, the Kanagawa Prefectural Government, and others during their limited five-day stay in Japan, and we were selected as one of the sites for their visit.

We introduced our VR Dementia program and our nursing home for the elderly "Ginmokusei".
